Absolut Vodka to Sponsor Best New Act Award at the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) 2015

For the second consecutive year, Absolut Vodka has announced associations with the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) 2015.

The announcement was made at a press conference held at Cova Lounge. Celebrities including MI Abaga, Naeto C, Seyi Shay, Iyanya and other industry stakeholders were present at the event, all enjoying Absolut cocktails and great ambiance.

It was then that they informed the press and audience that this year Absolut Vodka will be sponsoring the “Best New Act Transformed by Absolut” as the category which celebrates new talent, embraces the essence of Absolut innovation and creativity.

Five nominees will compete in the Best New Act Transformed by Absolut category. The acts will be announced on Thursday 11th June 2015 at the official nomination announcement taking place in Johannesburg, South Africa.
