Started at the bottom and now he's…onstage at a tech conference. Look at Drakego!
No, but seriously Apple paid him millions of dollars to do that so no one is laughing at him. Not even us, and you know how much we love to laugh at other people.
Today at Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference, the company unveiled the debut of Apple Music, meaning they are coming for the likes of Spotify, Pandora and Tidal. And to really seem hip and with it among the youths, they got superstar Drake to talk about Apple Music.
Wearing a vintage Apple letterman's jacket (and he looked cool in it, how is that possible?!), Drake talked about how he's working on his new album and how important it is for both musicians and listeners to have one place for all their music needs.
"Focus on your body of work," he said. "Instead of having to post your stuff on these different and sometimes confusing places, it's all in one place: Connect."
While Drake was walking around stage getting all philosophical about the music industry, Twitter was doing what it does best: dropping jokes.
